It is important to be aware of the food additives in the foods we eat and to try to avoid them when possible. This can be challenging, as additives are often found in processed foods, fast food, and even some seemingly healthy products. Reading ingredient labels and choosing whole, unprocessed foods whenever possible can help reduce our exposure to harmful additives.
