It is clear that the traditional advice to consume whole grains is not always beneficial. Similarly, the demonization of fats in our diet has also been misguided. Fats are essential for our health, providing energy, aiding in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, and even helping to regulate our hormones. The vilification of fats has led to an increase in the consumption of processed foods that are low in fat but high in sugar and other unhealthy ingredients. It is time to reevaluate the traditional dietary advice that has been ingrained in us for so long. By cutting out grains like wheat and embracing healthy fats, we can improve our health and well-being in ways we never thought possible.
