Many people believe that vegetarians struggle to get enough protein in their diets. This misconception stems from the idea that meat is the only significant source of protein. However, there are plenty of plant-based sources of protein that can easily meet the body's needs. Foods such as beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, nuts, and seeds are all excellent sources of protein for vegetarians. Another common misconception is that plant-based proteins are incomplete and therefore inferior to animal proteins.
