Carbs are not all bad from "summary" of Food - WTF - Should I Eat? by Mark Hyman

This doesn't mean you have to eliminate carbs from your diet altogether. In fact, cutting out carbs completely can have negative effects on your health. Our bodies need carbohydrates to function properly, especially if we are active. The key is to choose the right kinds of carbs and eat them in moderation. By incorporating more whole foods into your diet, you can ensure that you are getting the right balance of nutrients. This will help you feel more energized, satisfied, and healthy. So, next time you hear someone demonizing carbs, remember that not all carbs are bad. It's all about making smart choices and listening to your body's needs.
