Mindfulness is not about striving for perfection. It is not about achieving a flawless state of being where everything is in perfect harmony. It is about being present in the moment, fully aware of whatever is happening within and around us. It is about recognizing and accepting things as they are, without judgment or the need to change them. When we practice mindfulness, we cultivate a sense of awareness that allows us to see things as they truly are. We observe our thoughts, emotions, and sensations without getting caught up in them.
