Many of us have been taught to believe that vulnerability is a weakness. We are often told to hide our emotions and put on a brave face, even when we are struggling. However, what if I told you that vulnerability is actually a strength? When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we open ourselves up to new experiences and connections with others. We show our true selves, flaws and all, and in doing so, we build deeper, more meaningful relationships. Embracing vulnerability requires courage and self-awareness.
