In addition to getting enough sleep, it's also important to take care of your skin before bedtime. This includes cleansing the skin to remove dirt, makeup, and pollutants that can clog pores and prevent the skin from breathing and regenerating properly. Follow this with a nourishing moisturizer or treatment to help replenish the skin's moisture barrier and support its repair processes overnight. By prioritizing sleep and taking care of your skin before bedtime, you can support the skin's natural regeneration and repair processes, leading to healthier, more radiant skin in the long run. So, make sure to get those Zzz's and wake up to glowing, rejuvenated skin.
