Find inspiration in nature from "summary" of Living with the Monks by Jesse Itzler

One of the most important lessons I learned during my time living with the monks was the power of nature to inspire and rejuvenate. Surrounded by the serene beauty of the mountains, forests, and rivers, I found myself constantly in awe of the world around me. The monks taught me to slow down, to appreciate the small wonders of nature, and to find peace in the simple act of being outdoors. As I hiked through the woods, meditated by the river, and watched the sun set over the mountains, I felt a deep connection to the natural world. The sights, sounds, and smells of nature filled me with a sense of wonder and gratitude. I realized that nature has a way of reminding us of what truly matters in life – the beauty of the present moment, the importance of slowing down and being mindful, and the value of simplicity. In nature, I found inspiration in the smallest of things – a flower blooming by the side of the trail, a bird soaring overhead, a gentle breeze rustling through the trees.
