Sugar is the master of all sugars, the one that is the most dangerous of them all. The one that has the most fructose. The one that is the direct cause of the obesity epidemic that is sweeping the globe. This sweet poison is found in everything we eat and drink, lurking in the shadows, waiting to wreak havoc on our bodies. When we consume sugar, our bodies go into overdrive. Our livers are bombarded with fructose, which they cannot handle in large quantities. This excess fructose gets turned into fat, which then gets stored in our bodies.
