When we are not clear about what we want or where we are going, it is easy for bad habits to take root and flourish. Vagueness creates room for ambiguity and uncertainty, allowing us to justify our unhealthy behaviors. Without a clear direction or goal in mind, we are more likely to give in to immediate gratification and short-term pleasures that can lead to long-term negative consequences.
