Changing behavior is hard. It's something we've all experienced, whether it's trying to eat healthier, exercise more, or kick a bad habit. The reality is that most people struggle to make lasting changes in their behavior. Why is this the case? One reason is that we often try to make too big of a change all at once. We set lofty goals for ourselves that are difficult to achieve, and when we inevitably fall short, we feel defeated.
