Quality of sleep is just as important as quantity from "summary" of The Sleep Revolution by Arianna Huffington

On the other hand, poor-quality sleep can leave us feeling groggy, irritable, and unfocused. It can impact our mood, cognitive function, and overall health. That's why it's essential to prioritize both the quantity and quality of our sleep. To improve the quality of our sleep, we can focus on creating a sleep-friendly environment, establishing a relaxing bedtime routine, and practicing good sleep hygiene habits. By making these adjustments, we can set ourselves up for more restful and rejuvenating nights of sleep. So, the next time you're tempted to sacrifice sleep for the sake of productivity or entertainment, remember that quality matters just as much as quantity. Your body and mind will thank you for it.
