When you sit down to eat, take a moment to really look at your food. Notice the colors, shapes, and sizes of the different items on your plate. Appreciate the effort that went into preparing the meal and bringing it to your table. As you take your first bite, pay attention to the flavors that dance on your palate. Is the food sweet, salty, sour, bitter, or umami? Take the time to savor each bite, letting the flavors linger in your mouth before swallowing.
