This is because people are drawn to organizations and leaders who share their values and beliefs. When an organization communicates from the inside out, starting with why, it is able to inspire others. This is because people are more likely to be inspired by a sense of purpose or belief than by a product or service. By focusing on why, organizations can attract customers, employees, and partners who share their values.
