When we find ourselves overanalyzing situations, we may think we are being diligent or thorough in our assessment. However, what we fail to realize is that constantly overanalyzing can actually be detrimental to our well-being. It can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and even decision paralysis. By obsessively dissecting every detail of a situation, we are essentially giving power to our fears and insecurities.
