Limit sugar and salt intake for a longer life from "summary" of How Not to Die by Michael Greger, M.D., FACLM,Gene Stone

One of the key factors in promoting a longer, healthier life is paying attention to the amount of sugar and salt we consume. Excessive intake of these substances can have detrimental effects on our health, leading to a range of chronic diseases and conditions that can significantly reduce our lifespan.
