When we fail to set clear boundaries, we open ourselves up to a multitude of distractions that can pull us away from our true priorities. These distractions can come in many forms - from emails and meetings to social commitments and other people's expectations. By setting clear boundaries, we are essentially defining what is important to us and what is not. This allows us to allocate our time and energy to the things that truly matter, while saying no to the things that do not align with our priorities.
