To truly break the habit of being yourself, it is essential to let go of negative emotions. Negative emotions such as anger, resentment, fear, and sadness are like energetic baggage that weigh us down and prevent us from moving forward in life. These emotions are often the result of past experiences that have left an imprint on our subconscious mind, causing us to repeatedly react in ways that no longer serve us.
