Releasing identification with thoughts from "summary" of A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle
When you observe your mind, you may notice that it is constantly churning out thoughts. These thoughts can range from mundane everyday concerns to deeper existential questions. As humans, we tend to identify with these thoughts, believing them to be an accurate representation of who we are.
