When we are mindful, we can see the wonders of life that are around us at every moment. We can appreciate the beauty of a flower, the sound of a bird singing, or the feeling of the sun on our skin. These simple joys are often overlooked in our busy lives, but when we take the time to truly be present, we can see how magical the world truly is. Mindfulness allows us to see the interconnectedness of all things. We can see how the flower relies on the sun, the rain, and the soil to grow.
