Throughout our daily lives, we engage in a variety of activities that involve the application of forces on our bodies. Whether we are walking, running, sitting, or lifting objects, forces are constantly at play within our physical environment. These forces can be exerted on our bodies through contact with external objects or through internal actions such as muscle contractions. When we walk or run, for example, our feet apply a force on the ground in the opposite direction to propel us forward. This force is necessary to overcome friction and gravity, allowing us to move efficiently.
