Laughter has a way of bringing us into the present moment, where anxiety struggles to maintain its grip. In those moments of laughter, our minds are fully engaged in the joy of the moment, leaving little room for anxious thoughts to take hold. By seeking out opportunities for joy and laughter in our daily lives, we can begin to rewire our brains to focus on the positive rather than the negative.
