Mindfulness enhances our experiences from "summary" of Making Sense Out of Life by Patrick McGuffin

In our fast-paced and constantly distracted world, it's easy to go through life on autopilot, mindlessly moving from one task to the next without fully engaging with our experiences. However, when we practice mindfulness, we are able to fully immerse ourselves in the present moment, enhancing our experiences in profound ways. This sense of gratitude can bring a deep sense of fulfillment and contentment to our lives.
