Life is a delicate dance, a fleeting moment that can be gone in an instant. We must come to terms with the fact that nothing in life is permanent - not our possessions, not our relationships, not even our own existence. It is only by acknowledging this impermanence that we can truly appreciate the beauty and preciousness of each moment. When we resist the impermanence of life, we create unnecessary suffering for ourselves. We cling to the past, to what we have lost, or to what we fear losing in the future.
