Getting a good night's sleep isn't just a luxury—it's a necessity. Without adequate sleep, our brains suffer. Sleep is when our brains repair and regenerate, flushing out toxins accumulated throughout the day. It's when memories are solidified and consolidated, allowing us to retain information and learn new things. Lack of sleep has been linked to a myriad of health issues, including obesity, diabetes, and heart disease. But perhaps most concerning is its impact on brain health.
