In order to prioritize self-care, it is important to make it a non-negotiable part of our routine. This may mean setting aside specific time each day for self-care activities, or finding ways to incorporate self-care into our existing schedule. By making self-care a priority, we are able to maintain a sense of balance in our lives that allows us to thrive in all areas.
