The Four Tendencies framework offers a simple and clear way to gain insight into our own tendencies and behaviors. By identifying whether we are Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, or Rebels, we can better understand how we respond to internal and external expectations. This knowledge can help us make positive changes in our habits and behaviors. Each tendency has its unique characteristics and tendencies. Upholders are good at meeting both inner and outer expectations, while Questioners excel at meeting inner expectations but resist outer ones unless they make sense to them.
