The ease with which we can engage in a habit plays a significant role in whether we will stick with it or not. When a habit is convenient to do, we are more likely to follow through consistently. For example, if we have a gym membership at a location that is close to our home or workplace, it's much simpler to incorporate exercise into our daily routine.
