Focus on what you can control from "summary" of Best Self by Mike Bayer
When faced with challenges or setbacks in life, it's easy to become overwhelmed and consumed by things that are beyond our control. We often find ourselves worrying about the future, obsessing over the past, or trying to change people and circumstances that are simply out of our hands.
