Trust the process of life from "summary" of Being Zen by Ezra Bayda

Trusting the process of life means surrendering to the flow of life without resistance or attachment to outcomes. It involves letting go of our need to control and manipulate every aspect of our lives, and instead, allowing life to unfold naturally. This doesn't mean being passive or resigned, but rather, cultivating a sense of openness and receptivity to whatever comes our way. When we trust the process of life, we are able to embrace the uncertainty and unpredictability that is inherent in the human experience. We understand that life is constantly changing and evolving, and that we cannot always predict or control what will happen next. By letting go of our need for certainty and security, we are able to live more fully in the present moment, without being weighed down by worries about the future. Trusting the process of life also means accepting our own limitations and imperfections. It requires us to let go of our unrealistic expectations and judgments about ourselves and others, and instead, to approach life with compassion and self-acceptance. When we trust in the process of life, we are able to embrace our flaws and mistakes as opportunities for growth and learning, rather than as failures to be ashamed of.
  1. Trusting the process of life is about cultivating a sense of surrender and trust in the inherent wisdom of life itself. It involves letting go of our ego's need for control and certainty, and instead, surrendering to the greater intelligence of the universe. When we trust in the process of life, we are able to find peace and contentment in the midst of life's inevitable ups and downs, knowing that we are always exactly where we need to be.
