The concept of trust in the wisdom of the present moment is essential in the practice of Zen. It is about fully embracing and accepting whatever is happening right now, without trying to change it or wishing for it to be different. This idea may seem simple, but it is actually quite profound. When we trust in the wisdom of the present moment, we are letting go of our attachments to the past and the future, and allowing ourselves to be fully present and engaged with what is happening right now. In Zen practice, there is a strong emphasis on being fully present in each moment, and trusting that whatever is happening is exactly what is supposed to be happening.
