Saying yes had become second nature to me. Yes to every invitation, every opportunity, every request that came my way. I prided myself on being the woman who could do it all, who could handle anything that was thrown her way. But as time went on, I began to realize that saying yes all the time was slowly draining me of the energy and passion I once had. I was spreading myself too thin, trying to please everyone but myself in the process.
