The idea that we must embrace change with an open heart is a fundamental principle of living in a world that is constantly in flux. Change is an inevitable part of life, and resisting it only leads to suffering and frustration. When we resist change, we are fighting against the natural flow of the universe, which only causes us to feel more disconnected and discontented. When we approach change with an open heart, we are able to let go of our attachment to the way things were and embrace the new possibilities that change brings. This requires a certain level of trust in the universe and in ourselves, knowing that we have the strength and resilience to adapt and grow in the face of change.
