By cultivating positive emotions and managing negative ones, we can enhance our emotional energy and improve our performance. Mental energy is the focus of our energy. It is the ability to concentrate, make decisions, and solve problems effectively. Mental energy can be depleted by distractions, multitasking, and information overload. By managing our mental energy through practices such as prioritizing tasks, setting boundaries, and taking regular breaks, we can improve our focus and productivity.
