It is an inevitable reality that we must confront, for life is a cycle of ups and downs, a continuous ebb and flow of circumstances beyond our control. In facing these fluctuations, it is essential to cultivate a sense of equanimity, an inner peace and balance that remains steadfast amidst the changing tides of fortune. When fortune smiles upon us, we may revel in the pleasures and successes that come our way. However, we must not become overly attached to these transient moments of happiness, for they are fleeting and subject to change. Just as the wheel of fortune turns in our favor, it may just as easily turn against us, bringing hardship and adversity in its wake.
