Our past conditioning is like a set of rules that we've been taught since childhood. These rules dictate how we should behave, what we should believe, and how we should view the world. But what if these rules are outdated? What if they no longer serve us? In order to truly live an extraordinary life, we must be willing to let go of these old, limiting beliefs and conditioning. Letting go of past conditioning requires us to first become aware of it. This means recognizing when our thoughts and actions are being influenced by these old beliefs.
