Sharpen the saw from "summary" of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Personal Workbook by Stephen R. Covey

Sharpening the saw is about taking care of yourself in four key areas: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual. Just as a saw becomes dull over time and needs to be sharpened in order to be effective, so too do we need to take time to renew ourselves in these four dimensions in order to be our most effective selves. Physical renewal involves taking care of our bodies through exercise, proper nutrition, and rest. By staying physically fit, we have the energy and stamina we need to tackle the challenges that come our way. Social/emotional renewal is about nurturing our relationships with others and taking care of our emotional well-being. This can involve spending time with loved ones, engaging in activities that bring us joy, and practicing empathy and understanding towards others.
