When you're struggling with something internally, it's easy to fall into the trap of seeking external fixes to try and make it all better. You turn to distractions, substances, or other people in the hopes that they'll be able to solve your problems for you. But the truth is, these external solutions can only provide temporary relief at best. They can't truly address the root of the issue, which lies within you. Instead of looking outside of yourself for answers, you need to turn inward and confront the internal issues that are causing you pain. This means taking a hard look at your beliefs, behaviors, and thought patterns to identify the underlying issues that need to be addressed.
