Detachment aur attachment ka samna karein from "summary" of Shrimad Bhagwat Geeta - Gita Saar (Hindi) 2020: भाग 2 by पं. रवि शर्मा

Detachment aur attachment ka samna karein: ye ek mahatvapurna tathya hai jo hamare jeevan mein prabhav dalta hai. Bhagwat Geeta ke anusaar, hamen apne kartavyon ka palan karte hue bhi unse moh chhodkar karya karna chahiye. Iska arth hai ki humein apne karmo se attached hona chahiye, lekin unke falon mein attached nahi hona chahiye. Jab hum apne karmo se attached hote hain, to hamare man mein moh ke bhav paida hote hain. Isse hamara buddhi parinamswarup halka ho jata hai aur ham galat nirnay lete hain. Isliye, hamen apne karmo ko karne mein lage rahna chahiye, lekin unke phalon ke liye beparwah hona chahiye. Isi tarah, humein detachment ka bhi samna karna chahiye. Detachment ka arth hai ki hamare dil mein kisi bhi vastu ya vyakti ke prati asakti na ho. Jab hum kisi vastu ya vyakti ke prati asakti rakhne lagte hain, to hamara man udas ho jata hai aur ham dukhi ho jate hain jab hamari ashaein poorn nahi hoti. Bhagwat Geeta ke anusaar, hamen apne karmo ko anant ki bhavana ke saath karna chahiye, bina kisi bhay ya ichha ke. Isse hamara man shant hota hai aur ham apne karmo ko nishkam bhav se anjam dete hain. Isi tarah, hamen detachment aur attachment dono ka samna karna chahiye apne jeevan mein, taki ham sukhi aur santulit reh sakein.
