One of the key principles for being effective in life is to regularly replenish our energy. This is essential because we operate in a world that demands a lot from us physically, mentally, and emotionally. If we don't take the time to renew our energy, we risk burnout and becoming less effective in everything we do. There are four dimensions of our nature that we must renew in order to maintain our effectiveness: physical, social/emotional, mental, and spiritual.
