Intentional focus on positive thoughts can rewire the brain for happiness from "summary" of Rewire Your Brain by John B. Arden
When we deliberately choose to focus on positive thoughts, we are essentially training our brains to seek out and dwell on the good things in our lives. This intentional shift in our mental focus can actually rewire our brains, creating new neural pathways that are geared towards happiness.
