In our hyper-connected world, it's become all too easy to let technology seep into every aspect of our lives, including our precious moments of rest and relaxation. With our smartphones constantly buzzing with notifications and emails flooding our inboxes, it's no wonder that many of us find it difficult to truly unwind. The very devices that were designed to make our lives easier and more efficient have now become a source of stress and distraction, preventing us from fully disconnecting and rejuvenating. When we're constantly tethered to our screens, we never truly give our minds a chance to rest. Instead of allowing ourselves to enter a state of deep relaxation, we're bombarded with information and stimuli that keep our brains in a constant state of arousal.
