Doctor's office has waiting room from "summary" of My First Trip to the Doctor by Katie Kawa
When you go to see the doctor, you will first walk into a room that is not the doctor’s actual office. This room is called the waiting room. The waiting room is a place where you wait until it is your turn to see the doctor. Sometimes the waiting room has chairs for you to sit on while you wait. You can sit and look at magazines or play with toys that are in the waiting room. The waiting room may also have a television that shows cartoons or other fun shows to keep you entertained. Sometimes, there may be other children in the waiting room who you can talk to or play with. The waiting room is a place where you can relax before you see the doctor. It is a calm and quiet space where you can get ready for your appointment. When it is your turn to see the doctor, a nurse or receptionist will call your name. They will walk you from the waiting room to the doctor’s office. The doctor’s office is where you will talk to the doctor about why you are there. The doctor’s office may have a desk, chairs, and medical equipment that the doctor uses to check you. After you finish talking to the doctor, you may go back to the waiting room while the doctor writes down notes about your visit. The waiting room is a place where you can wait for your parents to finish talking to the doctor. Then, you can leave the doctor’s office and go home. The waiting room is an important part of the doctor’s office because it helps keep things organized and running smoothly.Similar Posts
