One thing I've found that helps me reduce distractions is to embrace minimalism. When my environment is cluttered with stuff, my mind tends to follow suit. I'm constantly distracted by the things around me, unable to focus on the task at hand. By simplifying my surroundings, I create a space that encourages deep focus. Minimalism isn't just about getting rid of physical clutter, though. It's also about cutting down on digital distractions. Our devices are constantly vying for our attention, beeping and buzzing with notifications. By minimizing these distractions—turning off notifications, decluttering our digital spaces—we can create a more focused environment for ourselves.
