Do nothing and all is done from "summary" of Dao de Jing by Lao-Tzu,Laozi,Stephen Addiss

The way of the Dao is to act without acting, to do without doing. When one aligns oneself with the Dao, one allows things to unfold naturally, without force or effort. It is in this state of non-action that true harmony can be found. By letting go of the need to control or manipulate, one can tap into the flow of the universe and allow things to happen as they were meant to. When one tries to force outcomes or impose their will upon the world, they create resistance and disrupt the natural order of things. It is only when one surrenders to the Dao, allowing it to guide their actions, that they can truly achieve their goals. This concept may seem counterintuitive at first, as it goes against the prevailing notion that success requires relentless effort and striving. However, the Dao teaches us that sometimes the best way to achieve our goals is to simply let go and trust in the process. In this state of non-action, one can access a deep well of inner wisdom and intuition. By quieting the mind and stilling the ego, one can connect with the universal energy that flows through all things. This allows one to tap into a higher level of consciousness, where solutions present themselves effortlessly and obstacles dissolve on their own. It is important to remember that non-action does not mean laziness or apathy. It is about acting in alignment with the Dao, rather than against it. It is about letting go of attachment to outcomes and surrendering to the greater wisdom of the universe. When one is able to do this, they will find that everything falls into place perfectly, without the need for struggle or striving.
