Animals accept new reality from "summary" of Animal Farm by George Orwell
The animals on the farm had come to accept the new reality that was presented to them. At first, they were filled with hope and excitement at the prospect of a better life under the leadership of the pigs. They believed in the ideals of Animalism and were willing to work hard to see them realized. As time passed, however, the animals began to see that things were not as they had hoped. The pigs, who had once been comrades, were now ruling over them with an iron fist. They made decisions that benefited themselves at the expense of the other animals. Yet, despite these injustices, the animals continued to accept their new reality. The pigs used propaganda and manipulation to convince the other animals that their way of life was not only necessary but also just. They altered the commandments of Animalism to suit their own purposes, twisting the original intentions of the revolution.
