Throughout my childhood, I faced unbearable suffering at the hands of my own mother. The physical abuse I endured left me bruised, battered, and broken. I was beaten, starved, and forced to do unimaginable things just to survive. Each day was a battle to endure the pain and humiliation that my mother inflicted upon me.
