When we talk about mindfulness, we're talking about being present in the moment. This is something that can happen anywhere, at any time, even when we're doing the most seemingly mundane tasks. It's all about paying attention to what's happening right now, in the here and now. For many of us, our minds are often anywhere but here and now. We're thinking about the past, worrying about the future, or just lost in a haze of distraction. But when we bring our attention back to the present moment, we can start to see things more clearly.
