Selfawareness is the starting point for change. You can't change what you're not aware of. You can't improve what you don't acknowledge. Without selfawareness, you're just going through the motions, living on autopilot, and letting life pass you by. But when you become selfaware, you start to see things differently. You start to notice patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back. You start to understand why you react the way you do, why you make certain choices, and why you feel a certain way. Selfawareness gives you the power to take control of your life. It allows you to make conscious choices instead of reacting unconsciously.
