Be grateful in spite of your suffering from "summary" of 12 Rules for Life by Jordan B. Peterson

The idea of being grateful in the face of suffering might seem illogical at first. How can one possibly find gratitude in the midst of pain and hardship? However, when we take a closer look, we begin to see the wisdom behind this concept. By choosing to be grateful despite our suffering, we are not denying the reality of our pain.
